Higher National Technical Education Certificate (HNTEC) in Business and Finance
Study level : HNTecProgramme : IBTE
The IBTE Level 4 Higher National Technical Education Certificate (HNTec) in Business and Finance is a 2-year full time, comprehensive and detailed programme, including a three month Industrial Attachment placement in a relevant industry. The programme will provide students with tools to help solve practical issues involved in the study of Business and Finance whilst also helping them to develop a range of vocational skills, which will enhance students` value to employers. The Authentic Learning Space will be one the major tools utilized to help students learn and develop business skills in real business environments.
Entry Requirements
To gain entry into the HNTec in Business and Finance, applicants must fulfil the minimum entry
requirement of three (3) GCE `0` /IGCSE level PASSES in the following subjects:
- Mathematics/ Additional Mathematics/ Principles of Accounts (Grade 1-7) / A - D
And
- Any two subjects taught with medium of instructions English Language (Grade 1-8) / A- E
OR
- BDTVEC Skill Certificate 3 (SC3) in relevant fields with minimum GPA of 2.0
OR
- Completion of NTec in Business and Administration with minimum specified GPA
