Certificate in Creative Design
Study level : CertificateProgramme : MAIC
The 1.5-year Certificate in Creative Design programme covers the fundamentals of graphic design and its common skills. The exclusive programme also offers learning opportunities with exercises and practical projects. Students will acquire the necessary basic knowledge and develop their skills in visual communication through a range of graphic design skills and techniques. Learners will not only study shape, form, colour, and pattern but will also learn the skills of typography, along with design skills.
Entry Requirements
Minimum O`Level/IGCSE Requirements:
- TWO (2) GCE O`Levels Credits (Grade A-C) in any subject, OR
- TWO (2) IGCSE (Grade A-C) in any subject, OR
- FOUR (4) O-Level / IGCSE Passes (Grades D-E) [2 Malay subjects and 2 English Medium subjects], OR
- Pearson BTEC International Level 2 Extended Certificate (360 GLH) from Secondary Schools* OR
- Sijil Pelajaran Ugama Brunei (SPUB) (*), OR
- BDTVEC Skill Certificate 2, OR
- Other equivalent qualifications accredited by BDNAC
Note: * Additional Requirements for Pearson Extended Certificate (360 GLH) from Secondary Schools &
SPUB:
- Pass the interview and portfolio submission
FOR MATURE STUDENTS/APPLICANTS:
- At least two (2) years of working experience in the relevant field with ONE (1) subject GCE 'O' Level
with Grade 1-7/A-D) in any subject,
AND
- Pass the English Proficiency Test
- Pass in Interview
- Additional Requirements/documents for applicants:
